Swan Homes have won their first UK Property Award for the North Kilworth Development in Leicestershire.

The prestigious annual awards celebrate some of the world’s key industry leaders and biggest developers, making the win a significant milestone for Swan Homes.

The Residential Development Leicestershire award was given to Swan Homes for their innovative and bespoke property design. There were a number of hurdles to overcome throughout the project and the award win recognised Swan Homes’ extensive team effort and emphasis on exceeding the expectations of the client.

The aim was to build unique homes that were custom built to be personal to each and every client and to extend Swan Homes’ ethos of “creating homes for living”.
